The Parliament has photos of the current and former MPs, Parliament architecture, plenary sessions, visits and other events. The photos may be used free of charge, while following the terms for use of images.

Current and news photos

The Flickr account FinnishParliament publishes topical photos from plenary sessions, press conferences, handovers of citizens’ initiatives, visits and other current events, among others. Photos can be downloaded from the service for the purposes specified in the terms of use. Click the photo open to see the download link (down arrow).

MP photos

Vertical portrait photos of MPs are available on the Photos of current Members of Parliament page. You can also download all photos at the same time (zip package).

The Photos of former MPs from 2007 onwards (in Finnish) page contains portrait photos of former MPs, which are also available for download.

The Parliament of Finland image bank

Some of the Parliament's photos can be browsed in the image bank. There are, for example, architectural and illustration images and horizontal portrait photos of the current MPs. Photos can be downloaded in web or print format for use in accordance with the terms of use. You can access the Image bank by accepting the terms of use.

Photo archive

The Parliament's photo archive is part of the Archive of Parliament. The photo archive maintains the Parliament’s photo collection and is responsible for quoting the photos and advising on their use. The photo archive contains over 200,000 photos related to the Parliament and parliamentary work.
